Workshop - (for Profit) $60 per day ( 8 hrs, 1/2 building) $35 Up to 4 hrs, 1/2 bldg.

- free for non-profit groups in exchange for volunteer hours

Events - $100 one floor, $200 two floors

Private
Events - $350 for 24 hour (includes use of kitchen). $500 for 48 hours (includes use of kitchen) This is a typical wedding booking.

Sound
Equipment - $25 per day . Includes use of the Piano (Piano tuning is extra.) Sound Technician is available to set up, run or strike at $25 an hour.

Lighting
Equipment - $25 per day. Lighting Technician is available to set up, run or strike at $25 an hour.

Kitchen
- $50 for full use; $20 for coffee service (Lounge)

Refundable Security and Damage Deposit - $200 (No alcohol) $300 - (Alcohol served)
Space is provided clear. Renter must set up chairs, tables, etc. Prior arrangement can be made for set up and tear down of the space at a fee of $20 per hour.

Reservation Fee 50% of Rent - If cancellation is given less than 4 weeks befroe the event, the Reservation Fee is non refundable. If cancellled before the 4 weeks, 50% of the Reservation Fee is non refundable.
Renter to leave Hall in the same condition that they found it. Clean up charges (if not cleaned by renter) $20 per hour.
There is some room for flexibility and special circumstances i.e. non-profit groups, children's programs, local weekly renters with small user groups, etc.
