Hope Bay docks during Pender Island winter
During the winter the public docks at Hope Bay, on North Pender Island, are deserted. The occasional fish boat comes in to sell its catch but most boats move to more sheltered moorage. In the background, across Plumper Sound, is Saturna Island.
