James Keelaghan tells a story
Throughout the evening James took time to tell stories, or sometimes jokes. Frequently the stories explained the origins of a song or fleshed out the history of the events he sang about. Many of his songs are based on historical incidents, some well-known, others tales of the heroism of everyday people.
