The Upper Floor functions primarily as an open performance space featuring the arched ceiling created by the trusses of the Hall's gambrel roof. At one end a mezzannine level provides space for technical equipment such as sound and lighting boards. Doors open out to a deck with a ramp leading down to ground level . A balcony at the head of the stairs looks down into the main entrance.
